Tropical Bitters

The small batch bitters industry is always looking for creative new "spices" to add to the short list and today, we announce the availability of Horror Infused Bitters at AwesomeDrinks. The folks from Horror in Clay (known for the creation of the Cthulhu Tiki Mug) compliment their vessel with their own blend of herbs and spices for cocktails.

Fiendishly Tropical Bitters focus on tiki cocktails but it doesn't stop there, you'll find any cocktail that needs a bit of an allspice kick, a little molasses, cinnamon, vanilla and grapefruit will find their way lit by these bitters. You will find that the Fiendishly Tropical Bitters work in both in darker spirits that call for an "Aromatic" (dark rum, whiskey, scotch, etc.) while also maintaining a bit of citrus zing of cranberry for your lighter rums, gins and vodka.

The bitters start with a tart grapefruit and meld into a softer allspice and vanilla and end with a warming cinnamon. While allspice and cinnamon do often conjure holiday flavor profiles, these bitters balance well against accidentally becoming too seasonal with the darker molasses and grapefruit against those more aromatic spices.

Great for "1-2-3" island punches or to add some punch to your Mai Tai and Suffering Bastard cocktails. Plus, at a 1 oz. bottle size, you'll have plenty for parties without breaking the bank financially.
