Agave Nectar, Master of Mixes
- 12.7 oz Bottle, 375ml
- All natural, Product of Mexico
- Use in place of bar syrup in many classic cocktails
When I designed my own Common Man Margarita I utilized agave nectar as the sweetening agent. Why? Because it keeps close to the heritage of the Margarita, the base Tequila come from Blue Weber Agave so why shouldn't the sweetener be also from the agave? It just make sense.
Taking it a step forward, utilizing Agave for your sweeteners has become fairly common place in cocktails and other food products (and even coffee). It is more natural than high fructose corn syrup and brings more of the thick honey richness without the same intense sweetness of a honey or sugar cane.
Agave Syrup, Water, Potassium Sorbate (preservative)
