- 1 1/2 oz. gin / vodka / tequila
- 3/4 oz. Oleo Saccharum
- 3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
- Club Soda
Add first three ingredients to a highball glass. Add ice, stir up and top with club soda. Garnish with lemon wheel.×

Oleo Saccharum, or sugared oil, is a common punch base made by muddling citrus peels with sugar. The syrup pairs well with vodka, gin, tequila, rum, pisco, and whiskies.
Work up a lovely Tom Collins with Oleo Saccharum, fresh lemon juice and gin or a solid Daiquiri with Oleo Saccharum, fresh lime juice and rum!
