Try our glassware and bar tools risk-free for six months. If you still don't like them or they're not holding up to your expectations, return it.
If at any time, for any reason, you feel the product isn't right to you--return it.
Refund of the purchase price, immediately, if returned.
While we can refund ground shipping fees if applicable, we cannot refund for high priority shipping such as FedEx 2-day, overnight, FedEx saturday deliveries, etc. (just FedEx Ground/Home and USPS Priority/1st-Class)
Craft Bitters, Syrups, Tonics and Flavorings?
Buy a bitter/syrup brand you don't enjoy? While we've never seen it happen, drop us a line and we'll have you send back the remaining portion (although reading our reviews ahead of time may help in your buying decisions).
Did the product break in shipment? It happens, sometimes mistakes occur and delivery companies drop some of the fragile boxes or don't pay close attention and cause damage. Just contact us and we'll get you replacement products.
