While we can refund ground shipping fees if applicable, we cannot refund for high priority shipping such as FedEx 2-day, overnight, FedEx saturday deliveries, etc. (just FedEx Ground/Home and USPS Priority/1st-Class)
We want you to be thrilled with the product you buy, insured of its quality and usefulness in your home or establishment. We know that it can be difficult to make an educated buying decision online so you've got six months to decide, not the typical "1 month" most stores offer.
Buy a bitter/syrup brand you don't enjoy? While we've never seen it happen, drop us a line and we'll have you send back the remaining portion (although reading our reviews ahead of time may help in your buying decisions)
Did the product break in shipment? It happens, sometimes mistakes occur and delivery companies drop some of the fragile boxes or don't pay close attention and cause damage. Just contact us and we'll get you replacement products.
