Bittercube Chipotle Cacao Bitters, formerly known as Corazón Bitters, have six types of chili pepper, cocoa, coffee and cubeb berries. Chipotle Cacao have great heat and depth of flavor, almost reminiscent of a mole. This unique variety of bitters is finished with agave nectar and sea salt, which rounds out an already exceptional and uncommon offering.
Use in variations on the Sour, Daisy, Martinez, or hot cocktails; apply as garnish on an egg white cocktail. For us, we tend to use Bittercube Chipotle Cacao in our margarita recipe for additional depth.
