Saffron Simple Syrup, by Royal Rose
New Years Milk Shake
- Basil Seeds Soaked in Water (optional)
- 3/4 oz. Royal Rose Saffron Syrup
- 1 Cup Cold Milk
- Scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream
- Shot of Dark Rum (optional)
Spoon basil seeds into a tall glass. Top with milk, syrup and ice cream. Add rum if desired. Stir with a long spoon and enjoy.×

Royal Rose Saffron Syrup is a brilliant rusty-golden hue, with threads of saffron in each bottle. Sweet and spicy cinnamon sings backup. Try it with dark rums, bourbon, brandy- excellent in aromatic cocktails (without lemon or lime).
