Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information AwesomeDrinks (BitStreamTV, LLC) collects when you use awesomedrinks.com, how we use it, and who we share it with. We don’t sell your personal information.
Last updated: October 1, 2026
What we collect
- Order details: your name, email address, shipping and billing addresses, and what you bought.
- Payment information: handled directly by our payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, and Amazon Pay). We never see or store your full card number.
- Messages and reviews: what you send through our contact form, and any product review you write (the name you provide is shown publicly with your review; your email address is not).
- Device and usage information: technical details such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and items added to your cart, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see below).
How we use it
- To process, ship, and support your order.
- To email you about your order — confirmation, shipping and tracking — and one follow-up asking you to review what you bought. We don’t currently send marketing newsletters.
- To answer your questions and handle returns.
- To protect the site and our customers from fraud, spam, and abuse.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
- To show you our ads on other websites (see “Advertising” below).
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the store, and only what’s needed for that purpose:
- Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Amazon Pay) to take payment and prevent fraud.
- Shipping and fulfillment (USPS and OrderCup, our order-fulfillment software) to calculate rates, print labels, and deliver your order.
- Email delivery (Mailgun) to send order and support emails.
- Analytics and advertising (Google Analytics and Google Ads) to understand how the site is used and to show our ads on other websites.
- Hosting and security (our hosting provider and Cloudflare, which protects the site and runs a bot check on forms).
We may also disclose information if required by law, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business.
Cookies, analytics & advertising
We use Google Analytics to measure site traffic and sales, and Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure site performance. Your cart is remembered in your browser so it survives between visits.
We use Google Ads, which may use cookies to show you ads for our products on other websites based on your visits here (“remarketing”). You can opt out of personalized Google ads at Google Ad Settings, block Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out browser add-on, or opt out of many ad networks through the NAI opt-out tool. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as we need them to support your order and to meet tax, accounting, and legal requirements. Contact-form messages and reviews are kept until they’re no longer needed or you ask us to delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information through our contact page. We may need to keep some order records where the law requires it.
Security
The site is served over encrypted HTTPS connections, payments are handled by PCI-compliant processors, and access to our systems is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Children
The site isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes & contact
