Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of awesomedrinks.com and any purchases you make through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Who we are
This site is operated by BitStreamTV, LLC, doing business as AwesomeDrinks, an online-only retailer based in Hudson, New Hampshire. You can reach us through our contact page.
Orders & pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, and to correct pricing or description errors, even after an order has been submitted. Your order confirmation email confirms we received your order; it is not a guarantee that every item will ship. If we cancel an order after you’ve paid, we’ll refund you in full. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and don’t include shipping, which is shown at checkout before you pay. We don’t currently collect sales tax; if that changes, any tax will be shown at checkout before you pay.
Product information
We try to describe and photograph our products accurately, but colors, finishes, and dimensions may vary slightly, and occasional errors happen. If a product isn’t as described, your remedy is to return it under our Return Policy. Use barware and glassware with ordinary care, and follow any label directions on bitters, syrups, and other consumables.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe (credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and other methods offered at checkout) and by PayPal. We never see or store your full card number. By submitting an order you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Promotions & discount codes
Discount codes and promotions are subject to the terms stated with them, may expire or be withdrawn at any time, can’t be redeemed for cash, and generally can’t be combined unless we say so. We may cancel orders that misuse a promotion.
Shipping
Shipping timing, carriers, and free-shipping eligibility are described on our Free Shipping page. Delivery estimates are best-effort and not guaranteed. We ship within the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO addresses; free shipping applies to the continental United States only.
Returns & refunds
Returns and refunds are handled per our Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Reviews & submissions
When you submit a product review or other content, you confirm it’s your own honest opinion and that you have the right to share it. You give AwesomeDrinks a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to display, reproduce, and use it (along with the name you provide) on our site and in our marketing. We may edit reviews for length or formatting, and we may decline or remove content that is off-topic, offensive, or unlawful. We don’t pay for reviews.
Emails
When you place an order we’ll email you about it — confirmation, shipping, and tracking — and may send one follow-up asking you to review what you bought. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All content on the site — including text, images, and logos — is owned by or licensed to AwesomeDrinks and may not be reproduced without permission.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The site and products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, AwesomeDrinks is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
General
These terms, together with our Return Policy and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and AwesomeDrinks about your use of the site and your purchases. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision isn’t a waiver of it.
Changes to these terms
