Shipping Information

Do You Ship Internationally?

No, sorry. The clearance fees often cost as much as the order and we were losing money with customers refusing international orders once they entered the country. It became far too much work to try to manage expectations on clearance fee charges.

We do, however, ship to APO and FPO for those serving in the Military. Thank you for your service. We also ship to Hawaii and Alaska (however, they do not qualify for FREE SHIPPING over $100).

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We ship using USPS and FedEx. While we can ship in many expedited delivery methods, the average shopper uses USPS Priority or FedEx Ground / Home Delivery.

It’s worth noting USPS Priority is a “best effort” delivery time, there is no guarantee on dates for delivery. If you need your product by a specific date, please use an expedited delivery method like overnight, or FedEx 2Day.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

We usually have packages packed up and queued for delivery by 10AM Eastern Time each morning. If you order on a Friday afternoon your order will be packed and shipped Monday morning.

If you order using a standard Overnight delivery on a Friday your order will not arrive until Monday (unless you pay additional for FedEx Saturday deliveries).

Usually packages arrive within 2 to 3 days depending on weather conditions and region.

If my package does not arrive, what do I do?

If your package does not arrive you can contact us and we can open a trace with the shipping facility to have them investigate. If you shipped via USPS you can also call the local post office an inquire about the package.

How much does it cost to ship to me?

The cost of your order is determined by the total weight and dimensions of the products you purchase. A single bottle of bitters vs. 10 bottles of grenadine will be different in price.

We ship from New Hampshire, it will naturally cost more if you’re ordering from California than if you were to order from Rhode Island. Most west coast orders are cheaper when shipped with FedEx (and USPS for east coast).

Payment Information

Do You Charge Sales Taxe?

We do not charge sales tax, New Hampshire does not have have Sales Tax (Live Free Or Die!).

What Payment Methods are Available

Currently we offer Credit Card payments (via Stripe) as well as PayPal payments (which also let you pay with Credit Card if you wish).

What is your business name on my credit card bill?

You will find that our charges on your credit card come across as either AWESOMEDRINKS or BITSTREAMTV (our business name). If you are unsure, please contact us and we can validate that a purchase was made with your credit card / paypal information.

Do you store credit card information?

We do not store your credit card information, just the transaction ID (so that we can credit refunds when needed). All payment information is handled securely through encryption between the service (Stripe or Paypal) and yourself, we do not see or record any credit card information.

We do offer a method to save your credit card information, however, this is stored on Stripes secured servers and we never see that information.

Orders & Returns

How do I place an Order?

Simply add products to your cart and click the “checkout” option, this will begin the process. You will need to enter your shipping information (to get shipping estimates) as well as an e-mail address so we can send you order information and updates.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can checkout as guest and use your transaction information to gather order status from our website.

Who should I to contact if I have any queries?

Please use our contact us page to send us e-mail requests, you’re response will come from an “@awesomedrinks.com” domain so keep an eye out on your SPAM filters. You will talk directly with the owner (myself), Derrick Schommer.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you need to cancel your order just contact us as soon as possible (so we catch it before the order is packed). We can issue a cancellation and a refund for the order. If you wish to change the order, still contact us and we’ll figure out how to make it happen.

How Do I Track My Order?

Tracking information will be sent when we print the label and prepare the order for shipment. You can also track the information from our website using the order tracking page.
