You’ve got 30 days to contact us to return or request a refund on consumable products because it’s defective, or you just do not like it. We’ve picked only products we stand behind for quality and taste, but everyone’s taste is different. If the product isn’t right for you please contact us and let us know.
Glassware, Barware, and other Products
You have 30 days upon receiving your product(s) to evaluate your products to see if they’ll fit your needs. If not you can return them for a full refund.
- You DO NOT pay any “restocking” fees – you get a 100% refund for the products you return. We will not refund high priority shipping such as overnight, Saturday deliveries, FedEx 2-Day, USPS Express, etc.
- You DO NOT get “store credit”. You get real cash refunded to your credit card. We don’t force you to buy from us again just because you make a return.

Within a day or two of receiving your return, we’ll credit your credit card and it usually “posts” (shows up on your account) a couple of days later.
- You https://artesaniadelapalma.com/p0crqoo DO NOT have to contact us for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Just put your order number in the box (or the original paperwork) or your email address / name so we can find your order and refund you.

- If you still have the box your order arrived in, please use that for the return unless it’s in bad condition from shipping arrival.
- Please include your invoice with your return – either the one that arrived in your box or the one that arrived in your email. This allows us to refund your money right away.
- When returning glassware, please pack with care!
