Liber & Co.Almond Orgeat Syrup is a must have for any cocktail fan! Liber & Co. orgeat begins with organic almonds that are blanched and roasted to bring out their toasted nut flavors. Of course, orgeat is great for a Mai Tai, probably it’s number one reason for existing!

After grinding the roasted almonds into a perfectly smooth butter, they blend in cane sugar, orange blossom water and a touch of bitter almond oil for a distinct marzipan note. This is complex orgeat whose full almond character makes it indispensable at any well-stocked bar.

Liber & Co Mai Tai

• ¾ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
• 2 oz rum
• ½ oz orange liqueur
• 1 oz lime juice

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake hard for 20 seconds. Strain over crushed ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a mint and a lime wheel.
